Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO PROCESSING/PACKAGING
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund up until it has been processed/packaged for delivery.

We may process/package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO RECEIVING ORDER
If you have not received your order but need/want to cancel, please let us know right away.

We will attempt to cancel delivery and have the goods returned.

Once returned, we will be able to refund your purchase price but will need to charge for shipping costs.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you received your order but wish to return it, please let us know you wish to return your order and ship them back to sender.

We will then refund the purchase price of your order, but will need to charge for shipping costs.

OPENED PRODUCTS
If you've opened your products but are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will try our utmost to take care of you.
